Procedures/Reminders

  1. When placing requests for equipment, kits or labs, please remember to include your location in the title of the reservation. The preferred format of the title would be Branch - title of program or use of the equipment (Ex: HQ - Unity Training or ELC – MiFi for school program).
  2. When reserving equipment for more than one day:
    1. Enter the event using a date range (do not book individual days),
    2. Verify that the "All Day?" checkbox is selected.
  3. Do Not check the Ignore Conflicts box.
  4. Under Administrative Settings, set all reservations to Approved.
  5. Use the Special Requirements text box if there are additional notes you need to include in the reservation.
  6. Note that the name of the equipment, kit or lab now shows on the calendar so you know what is booked.
